The room was bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures and super comfortable. It’s located a short walk from the plaza de armas and right on the corner for the buses to Chan Chan ruins and the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome.

I am bike touring and they helped me with a couple of things while fixing my bike. Me and Oscar rode to Chan Chan where he is a guide and he gave a great tour in English. Highly recommended.

The rooftop terrace has spectacul sunsets over the sea, and you even have sea views from your room. The WiFi is excellent and the beach is just 4 blocks away. There's a shop around the corner that sells everything including fresh meat. The price was more than reasonable. I was so sad to leave this place, but I definitely plan to be back for a longer stay.
