Very efficient up to date de longhi heater, although apartment was nice and warm. We were very happy with the area and just far enough from city to feel the peace . Good walking paths besides river. The apartment is delightful, very comfortable with a super welcome pack of food and beverages. The location in the heart of the country is excellent with a beautiful view of the mountains. When the sky was clear the skies were so dark we not only saw the Southern Cross but also the Milky Way. We would stay again and are already recommending the accommodation to others.

The bed was to die for and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evening. My daughter loved the garden with the play equipment and little Hobbit hole. Great location to go to Hobbiton and Tauranga.
