Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

It's right in the centre of town - very close to the ADO Station - but it was aboslutely silent at night. It was the best sleep we had during our whole vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is surprisingly spacious inside, with some kitchen space and a small pool. The owners were friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Must bring earplugs cause there's a rooster nearby that will wake up at 4h AM hahaha. The pool was ok

The rooms are actually a sideline for the art gallery in front, but honestly, on their own, the rooms are beautifully appointed and chic, comfortable and cool, modern yet appreciative of the rich history and culture of the area. BOOKS! The staff was more than welcoming - owner Luca made me coffee and chatted like an old friend. The location also cannot be beaten - mere blocks away from the action, but you’ll hear roosters and the occasional dog, not buses and hawkers.
