The photos don’t do it justice - it’s way nicer, more modern. The bed is comfortable, I loved the shower with skyview and the net in front of the cottage to relax. We also took the safari day trip arranged by Anju with safari guide Patum and it was just perfect. We got a lovely breakfast inside the park and in the afternoon also lunch. During the tour there was always cold water and we got coconut to drink. And we saw plenty of elephants, buffalos, lizzards, deers, two kinds of monkeys, birds and much more! In the end, Anju arranged taxi driver to our next destination. Totally recommended!!

The ceiling fan was not functioning but they gave us a stand fan, which worked. But what made this place stand out is the very accommodating nature of Dimu and his staff. The breakfast was also delicious, the dhal curry is to die for. They also offered private transfer to neighbouring towns at affordable prices. They also offer affordable but very experienced safari guide (Sumudu) - we saw elephants at places where no one else was there. Definitely worth booking if you’re going for the safari!

Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. At the homestay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. My stay at this place was absolutely spectacular. The food was incredibly delicious — authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal was a highlight. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location, beautiful place and great service. The best breakfast we had. We went on a 4 hrs safari organized by them and it was great. We also had monkeys visiting the terrace which was an additional attraction.

We also loved their friendly dog Shane. The garden is beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast there and the homemade food was delicious and perfect for my husband allergic to gluten and dairy.
