The location was perfect, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. The breakfast made by the owner and his family was stellar as well. It was one of the best ones we have eaten in Sri Lanka. It is optional though, so you can opt out, but you would be missing out!! We met some great people as well during breakfast, which gave a bit of a homely feeling, this was perfect. The room was super clean, the airconditioning cold, and the stay was just about perfect. We miss it already!

The owners are so lovely and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time, organising us a bike, and even giving us a ride in their tuktuk. The room was nice and clean too, and sitting out on the little balcony area was a big plus. The breakfast was also great, highly recommend the coconut pancakes and curries!

The owner Janaka went out of the way to make our stay at his guesthouse wonderful. This place is all about the atmosphere, the family is adorable. Janaka took us around in his tuk tuk, showed us all the places from Dickwella to Hiriketiya and more, and he also explained a lot of things. In the evening he took us to Hiriketiya for dinner and came back to pick us up. On our departure he took us to the bus stop and helped us get on the right bus. He also speaks Italian. They have a friendly and healthy dog. His wife made a delicious breakfast. And young daughter and son also speak good English. Thank you for making our stay with you really beautiful. We recommend the place!
