It is such a beautiful property with the most kind, helpful and welcoming host family. The food is absolutely incredible and suggested activities for each day were well thought out. It felt like our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcome and happy. They are a truely delightful family.

Our hosts were the kindest people. I felt like I was at home with my own mum I was so well looked after. We had a delicious breakfast every morning and they even invited us to sit and have a drink with their friends they had over one evening. They provided so much information and helpful advice throughout our stay. This stay is a must if you are looking for somewhere that feels like home.

Great location not far from town centre, bus station, railway station etc. nestled in a leafy area away from the chaos of town. We watched the squirrels and birds from the balcony while eating breakfast. Siraj was a fantastic host. Best pancakes and fruit platter. He was very friendly and helped us answer our questions about Kandy. PickMe and Uber work well here too.

GORGEOUS location!! It is a bit hard going up and down the mountain but the staff helped order rides when needed. Super comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Such a nice family too!

The Grove's pièce de résistance has to be its breathtaking swimming pool. Positioned in a way that seems to merge with the horizon, swimming here feels like floating amidst the clouds. Fantastic hosts - they were so friendly and helpful, and welcoming to our whole family, even our small children. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast too. Great value for money - we strongly recommend and would love to return!

This stay was lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable with a great view. The hosts were really kind and approachable and helped us get a ticket for the Kandyan dance and he gave some suggestions on where to go in Kandy. Breakfast was really nice and the host was chatty and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
