Free water refills. Great location. The room itself was big, clean, comfortable. Great wifi. Hot water, cold AC. If this property is showing availability, please don't delay in making a booking!

I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.

The manager and the lady staff at the reception were very helpful. A big thank you to them. The breakfast was very good. They had 4 different options on the breakfast menu. and the room had a great river view. They provide free shuttle service to the city center both morning and night which is very helpful. They also helped us to book train tickets at much reasonable rates as compared to other online travel agents. They helped us with the rental bike services. They are very approachable. As a whole we didn't have to worry about anything until we were at Luang prabang with them. PS: They are very prompt in responding to queries via email as well. I didn't find that in the other hotels I stayed in Laos.
