The manager is very friendly and welcoming and they do a tasty breakfast, fruit and then a main dish of your choice including a few egg options and more local dishes. They can also help book tours and transport and there are 2 bikes for free use which we used to cycle around the town. We would highly recommend Meunna Hotel to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Villa Phathana is a short drive from Phousi Hill and various temples and restaurants. Luang Prabang International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The owner / manager could not have been more helpful and friendly, just wonderful. And the location was terrific, right in the mix of everything.
