I like the experience of traditional japanese room for sleeping.

There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

Our host was super friendly, the location was fantastic and the food delicious and so varied and plentiful!

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of closet space to keep all our belongings organized. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The TV offered streaming options, which were great if we wanted to have a night in. Also, it was conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. It was only a 10 minute walk to the subway station, and we loved staying near Skytree. There was a big shopping mall, with all kinds of shops, an excellent view of the tower and the metro and train services were great. We only needed one train ride to get to Haneda Airport which was so efiicient. I would definitely stay at Jeffery Skytree Residence again.

With free private parking, the property is 35 km from Tamarokuto Science Center and 37 km from Mount Takao. The property is non-smoking and is set 38 km from Fuchu Park. Tetsuji and Yoko were amazing hosts! They were the kindest couple! The sleeping rooms were beautiful with tatami mat floors and rice paper screens. We went in the winter, so it was a bit cold, but the room comes with a kotatsu table (low table with a built in heater and blanket) and it was amazingly cozy. The view from the room is also incredible, overlooking a ravine with a rushing river. In the morning the made us a delicious breakfast of rice, soup, salted fish, mountain yam and an assortment of other goodies for only ¥1000! They have cats on premise, fyi if you’re allergic, they were only with us at breakfast (obviously not in our rooms) but they are such sweet kitties! From Tersuji and Yoko, to the cozy vibes, to the attentiveness and care - It was like being taken care of by my own grandparents!

She was polite and nice, cooked me a delicious breakfast, and even helped me with transportation. It was such a cozy little location that was everything I needed- clean, safe, warm, and homely. Highly recommended!

The host was very kind and attentive and even left little sweets in the room. One little act that I really appreciated was the option to choose a small gift at the end of my stay. I would stay there again without a doubt.
