- The location is not far from Shinjuku - The manager lady is very nice - The room is perfect, there are some free water bottles in the fridge & some little snacks - The common spaces are spacious & clean, very comfy - We can have breakfast for free with a lot of choice - A washing machine ... Everything was on point! Such a mesmerizing atmosphere, very comfortable, but also historical and so connected to nature! The food was beyond excellent! We liked everything, and would like to come again and again :) Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The place is very cozy and the atmosphere chill. It feels like staying at your own place. The owner are very kind and they speak perfect English. If you go to Hachijojima, this is the place you should book!

Good location at a very nice traditional Japanese house. One of the few ones like this in the city. The private room with balcony was very cozy. It’s a great plus that check out time is at 11 am.

This was my favourite place to stay during my time in Japan. The owners are super friendly, the room was very comfy and the neighbourhood was amazing to explore as it is more of a residential and not a very touristy area. I loved every bit of my stay and found it to be very relaxing. It's great to rest here after exploring Tokyo for the entire day.

Apartment very clean , good wifi , nice view from the balcony . Never met the host but we kept in touch by messeges and it was very clear and fast their answer . Near to the metro station , shops for some grocery open 24h nearby… I would definitely choose again this appt for my next trip in the future . Thank you for all your support and assistance 🙏
