Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Everything was perfect, the room ans toilet is beautiful. It was easy to find the location and we have got clear instructions from the host about self check-in because we uave arrived late in the evening. There is also opportu ity to park your car in a private parking lot. It has an additional fee but it worths every penny around here if you can get such a parking opportunity. No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

Situated within 4.5 km of Castello San Giorgio and 31 km of Carrara Convention Center, Congregazione Suore Figlie di San Francesco di Sales features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... Clean and spacious. The nuns were gracious.

Boasting a terrace and views of city, Al molo 21 is a recently renovated guest house situated in La Spezia, less than 1 km from Castello San Giorgio. A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

A recently renovated property, La Corte dei Desideri is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. The location was an easy walk on the flat from the train station. The host had posted video of how to key in the front door code, the outside of the building and how to operate the various doors. The room had a refrigerator, ironing board and iron, washing facilities, spare toilet paper, tea, coffee, working air-con, balcony with view. The best appointed room we had as many of these items are sadly lacking in Europe. Our host asked for suggestions so we made a couple and they immediately acted on them- recycling bin and milk. They provided sensible suggestions for meals and sights with clear information and links and could have not been more accommodating. I thoroughly reccommend this accommodation.

Situated 700 metres from Castello San Giorgio, 29 km from Carrara Convention Center and 1.3 km from Technical Naval Museum, Sunrise Rooms features accommodation set in La Spezia. Wonderful property, beautifully designed, heating system worked really well, great position if you are getting a train and also close to restaurant and the centre. Very welcoming and comfortable, highly recommended.

Clean and very well equipped apartment, with everything we needed (including kettle, tea, biscuits, cups and glasses, teaspoons). Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main station and the city center. Our host Laura was very kind and helpful, responding quickly to all of our questions and needs. Check-in was quick and simple and after our check-out we were allowed to leave our bags in the locked hallway of the apartments. We will gladly come back!

The apartment was clean and very functional. It had all we needed. The host Tommy was very polite and helpful. He explained and set up every things(door codes) for us.

Situated in Monterosso al Mare within 400 metres of Fegina Beach and 32 km of Castello San Giorgio, Camere Margot features rooms with free WiFi. The location was perfect. It was not in the busy part of the town but super close and easy to get to.
