Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. Spotlessly clean room in close proximity to Rome airport with a lovely additional touch of shampoo and a toothbrush. Fredrica was very responsive and organised our transfer to the airport. Many thanks for having us stay! We will return if flying from Rome again!

An excellent place to stay beside the sea. We loved it. The shower is fantastic. Joshua also provides a great ‘transfer service’ to the Airport.

I stayed at a hotel close to Rome FCO Airport, and it was great! Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was in a beautiful courtyard with two nice shared terraces. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff arranged a timely airport transfer at a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

Gorgeous property, excellent facilities and extremely good value for money. Had we not been using it as a pit stop before an AM flight the next day would definitely have stayed longer. A lot of helpful advise provided and kindly provided snacks and refreshments which we had not received anywhere else in Italy
