It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

This charming property occupies the first, second and third floors of an elegant building dating back to the 19th century (without elevator). This room is in an old building located close to the Florence Duomo. Actually you can see some part of Duomo from the window. Room was very clean and I found it very beautiful. Also I like the closet which is not really big but it’s fine for long dresses. There are coffee machine and kettle in the room. The room was cleaned every day. I also like this building inside. They have a book about Pucci close to the entrance of the building. You also can find some books in the room.

The place was clean, had great linen supply, comfy bed and located close to a tram station that goes directly to Firenze Sta Maria Novella Station. Chiara is really nice and accommodating! Their espresso machine actually works plus they provide free pods and they have a microwave and kitchen you can use in the common space. Definitely worth more than what you pay for!
