For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. simple but completely clean studio apartment with plenty of space for two people. It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

Having a common area and kitchen was a nice added feature.

There is parking on-site and the property offers an electric vehicle charging station. This was our favorite accommodation in the Westfjords. First of all, the price matched the quality, which allowed to accommodate two couples. We enjoyed the sounds of the sea coming from the ocean and the swim at nearby thermal natural pool. Thank you for this opportunity to stay at your place, it was a fantastic night at your lodge.

Hotel Breidavik is situated in Breiðavík. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and organising tours for guests. I liked the remoteness and the nice employees. It was early in the season but it felt a bit like you were in a place that was once bustling with activity but now only holds a few guests. Over all amazing!
