Guests can have a drink at the bar. The location was great, right on the waterfront, and I felt really welcomed as soon as I arrived off the ferry, where I was picked up and brought to the property. It was easy to sort out a scooter, trips and there's an honesty bar for beers, water and soft drinks. Also free tea and coffee. Breakfast was basic but really tasty and healthy! Fruit, eggs, juice. It was all really nice, and it's on a quieter street, just off the main road.

It’s not nice to see all these souvenirs sellers sitting on your balcony or standing in front of you while you’re having breakfast outside. And they don’t leave after you mention a couple of times that you’re not interested. I felt like there is no privacy. Our room was next to the road, that’s why all of them could easily get in. I felt uncomfortable.

The property is 5-minute drive away from Borobudur Temple. Super host, Bobby was always available and reachable to make our stay perfect (scooter, visits, driver from a city tour, etc.). The entire team was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Great breakfast, swimming pool and panorama from the garden.

The house is in the busy area but very quiet inside. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's both safe and convenient. The hosts are a couple called Ika and Yani. They are so kind, friendly and considerate. Before I arrived, they had already sent me some basic information via messages. For example, they told me how to get to the homestay from the airport and reminded me to book my Borobudur ticket earlier. There is a very beautiful and comfortable garden here. The room is clean. Wifi is fast and stable. I extended my stay here for a total of 5 days because I enjoy my time here. The delicious local breakfast prepared by Yani is something I look forward to every day. I feel like I am at home and they are my family:)
