At the homestay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The room was clean, new and with lots of space. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a nice big window with a lot of light, but good curtains to allow us to sleep in darkness in the morning. The facilities were new and the toilet had shampoo and soap included. The toilet was also very spacious. The owner, Mr. Bloom, was exceptionally nice. Collected and dropped us at the harbour, and was very kind to pick us from a village nearby when we didn't had transportation.

Sisingamangaraja XII International Airport is 130 km from the property. Best thing was Star and his wife ! Such nice people. Star took me out one night to drink like a local and watch the England game. Super good English speakers and very helpful. Great area with a very nice cafe opposite with live music Thursdays and Fridays. The couple have a little shop at the front of the property selling crisps, drinks,sweets, beer and cigarettes. Nice view from the balcony as well.

The beds are big and comfortable and the bathroom is large and has good pressured hot water. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the most of my stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, also with a great view across the lake.
