We did not come into contact with the staff or the accommodation provider but we were impressed by a list of recommendations that we received upon arrival. The check in and check out process was very convenient. The location was great as we can reach everywhere even by foot (we love walking so 5-6 km of walks each day was not a big problem) but we also took the bus at times and it was also very well connected and convenient.
