I loved eco-house and felt myself like home there. The area is great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room is clean and cozy having everything to relax: comfortable bed, air conditioner, small balcony with sea view. Breakfast was homemade and delicious.. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Konstantin is a very kind host. He helped us with finding another place to stay after we checked out from his place because it was fully booked. The house was cozy, warm and quiet with a beautiful view of mountains, orange trees and beach. The beach was close to the house. There was some small shops, restaurants. The borders to Turkey is so close. There was a shared kitchen and washing machine.

Offering a garden and a lounge area, Batumi Wonderland is located a 15-minute walk from the Black Sea shore. The property offers a terrace and outdoor swimming pool.

BATUMI Wonderland Guest House is the very amazing ,Lia and her husband Zuzu are very kind and lovely and helped and guided us a lot, their house has traditional design, very beautiful ,clean rooms ,close to city centre( 12minutes to centre ) We had a wonderful and very welcoming stay. Nothing not to like.

Located basically in the center of Batumi, Gurami Guest house is within easy walking distance to the Black Sea, shops, restaurants, and other sites. Just so you know, it's not a "hotel". It's a guest house, so the owner lives and works there as well. It's an older maison that's been converted into rooms, so they have the feel of a bedroom to it. There's a terrace on the third floor where you can relax, wash your clothes, and there's a communal kitchen if you want to cook, or heat something up. There's no breakfast with the price, but there's plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. The owner also has a rather large dog. He's super friendly and doesn't bark. So be prepared to feel like you're staying in someone's house.

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.
