The guest house is very safe and secure, which made me feel 10x more comfortable on my first solo trip. Das Westbourne ist eine schöne Pension in einer ruhigen Gegend unterhalb von Biskey Howe im Lake District. Super tolles B&B - freundlicher Gastgeber, saubere und große Zimmer und tolle Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls hervorragen. Und ganz wichtig - eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus!! Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!

Das Jerichos, eine moderne familiengeführte Pension mit stilvoller Einrichtung, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Dorfzentrum von Windermere. This is a lovely place to spend 1 or several nights. House is immaculately kept and owners are on site and very accommodating. We very much appreciated the effort they put in to a positive guest experience.

It was immediately apparent why this is one of the highest-rated properties in Keswick - very close to the bus stop for the service to/from Penrith, just outside the central part so that it is very quiet, very roomy for a solo traveller, a host who immediately made me feel welcome and a good breakfast every morning. It's also across the road from where the Threlkeld-Keswick Railway path starts, so that was one more point in its favor. The WiFi was consistently available, and the room was cool throughout the day. Definitely helped make my stay in Keswick worthwhile and enjoyable.

Exceptional self check in service. A welcome message was sent which outlined all the best places to eat, walk and visit. The mood of the room when we walked in was really relaxing. The additional prosecco, chocolates and balloons was a perfect touch for my partners birthday. We've stayed in a few of the high end hotels in bowness and none of them had the personal touch or feel that this place did. Thank you, we will be returning.
