The rooms are amazing , the breakfast equally so.
Warm and friendly staff.
Kind and friendly atmosphere.
Every morning you can choose, if you like, to get a flavourful dinner at 7 pm for a reasonable price.
Fabulous hospitality.

Anna was very helpful. In the booking, I indicated that there were two adults and one child of six but the reservation only captured two adults in the system. I was therefore assigned a room with only a double bed. Anna made a Herculean effort to give us a 'family room' on the eve of our departure for Jersey, finding us a room with one double bed and one single bed.
The English breakfast was also absolutely scrumptious. The Cumberland sausage was cooked very well.

A room with basic facilities, opposite the beach, just as we expected. Very good value (winter prices). Excellent meal in the evening. A tip. We rented a car for one day, and whilst street parking is very difficult in St Helier, we were able to park in the local car park in Cleveland Road, which after 5pm and all day Sunday, it's for free. Another tip. My wife could not connect to the WiFi. We asked the owner who rebooted the router, after which everything was perfect. The owners are good hosts and sympathetic.
