Dan was an excellent host, with a caring approach to us on arrival and throughout our stay. We had push bikes which were securely and safely locked away overnight. Great location, close yo the beach and a 15 minute walk into town, along tge pretty beach. I would visit again.

Such a warm and welcome from Helen and Dave who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Brilliant breakfasts with a sea view, loads of helpful information about the surrounding area. The room was beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. Very close to great places to eat and not even a stone's throw from the beach. We just loved it! The views are amazing! The breakfast were super good and delicius! They bring it to the bedroom and you can choose in between manny options! The room is very clean and the bedroom very comfortable and they have absolutely everything you can need, also a phone charger that you can take it and pay it next day They are very welcome and thruswhorthy, they charged us when we did the check out They have a living room for the guests and another room with drinks etc Lot of space to play board games or spend time. Extremely recomended!!! And its allso very close to the center, 5 min walking.

St Leonards is spotlessly clean. Our family room for 3 was lovely, bright and spacious. Pat the owner has a fully stocked ‘Honesty’ bar, with a beautiful terrace outside for evening drinks. Pat has thought of everything you need. This being our first time to the IOW, Pat was happy to guide us on where to visit. she is a mindful of local information.
