The host couple are the kindest people I’ve ever met. I hiked all day without much food. It was a holiday in France and all the stores were closed. Monique immediately gave me some fruits, meat and bread. She also phoned restaurants nearby to see which one was opened. The day I left, we had breakfast together and she also gave me some bread to take along. Never been treated so kindly.

You could probably spend the day just being stunned by all the things to look at in and around the house. The garden is a oasis of recovery. Phillipe is so kind, spoiling us with ice cream, delicious breakfast and drinks. And I'm in love with their doggies - especially Simon, which I would have adopted immediately if they let me ;) thank you for everything!
