Luics house was very charming. We felt at home there, and Luic had made every effort to make our room comfortable. We had a coffee machine and kettle in the room and were kindly provided with coffee and cream and a cake for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and we had a bathroom and separate toilet to ourselves. We also had a lovely spacious balcony, which we enjoyed using in the evening. His property was around a 20-minute walk from the centre, and we could park for free on the street. Luic himself was a lovely host. He has a very friendly nature and was very likeable. We would certainly stay there again.

Host was very helpful and friendly in communication, gave clear instructions. Nice residential area, not far to drive into city centre of Bordeaux (10-15 mins drive), supermarket, restaurants, bakeries are all nearby.

The breakfast was great and she's developed a great way to deliver the breakfast at 8 AM and all you need to do is make your beverage with a JURA coffeemaker! Brilliant!

The location is perfect: right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the beach, yet still quiet and peaceful. Just such a lovely, lovely place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We would definitely come back!
