He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city – from must-see attractions to local hidden gems. His recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended!

The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The room was so tastefully decorated and spotless, and the sheets and towels were luxurious. The waiters and housekeeping team are very professional and very friendly, always making sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was included and had a wide selection to choose from. We had the top floor room with a beautiful large balcony where we spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the sea breeze! Maria, the owner and contact person is as kind and guest orientated as they come. Excellent communication and runs a fabulous team! Location is literally a couple of blocks from both beaches and parking. We highly recommend Xulos!!

Accommodating in every possibile way. They offered many extra tourist services (transportation, laundry, etc). They also offered great advise on what to visit in Alicante. The place is clean, comfy and makes you feel at home.

The property has sea views and is 38 km from Ermita de Santa Lucía y San Benet and 200 metres from Peñiscola Castle. The terrace is just unbelievable. It pays off the whole trip. The appartement is super clean, modern and tasteful. The breakfast was also great, with the host catering to any special request. A truly delightful stay
