After a long day of working in Munich I needed somewhere to stay near the airport with good transport links. I took this place because of the attractive price. The brightly decorated rooms at Pension DELAGERA include cable TV and a private bathroom with shower. The room was large, and very clean. As was the whole pension. The beds were very comfortable. The location and the pension was very quiet and calm. Parking was excellent. Access to the autobahn was quick and easy. The hosts were excellent.

It’s clear that this is a family business run with true heart, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! The location was also perfect—just a quick, easy 5- to 7-minute walk into the center of town for dinner, ice cream, or anything else we needed. Burgau itself is adorable and peaceful, and best of all, it’s extremely close to Legoland Germany, which made things really convenient for our group. We booked four different rooms for four different families, and each of us (without even comparing notes!) commented on how wonderful the hotel was. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Breakfast deserves a special mention—especially for our younger kids who aren’t quite used to the typical European offerings. The inclusion of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, along with pastries and other options, made all the difference for them. It was the perfect way to start our mornings before heading out. Truly a memorable stay—thank you to the amazing team for everything!

This historic 4-star hotel, situated in the heart of the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, right in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, offers enchanting accommodation in a Gothic style. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Loved the location, right in the centre of the historic town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the bathroom was huge. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Loved the decor. The breakfast area was superb. The breakfast was adequate but not a lot of variety unfortunately but still nice. Parking for the car was close enough to the hotel and we were able to unload luggage outside before moving it. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if I'm lucky enough to visit again I would stay here.
