Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Everything went wel, Susanne is a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and so interesting, a traditional one. Very nice!!! Breakfast was also very good.

The apartment itself is new, well furnished and has a cute aesthetic design. It’s also very clean and quiet. The wifi is fast and everything works perfectly in the apartment. The location is nice as there an U- and S-bahn stations just around the corner. We just got a weekly transport pass and it was so convenient. 25 minutes and you are in the city center. There’s also a very nice Austrian restaurant nearby, as well as a bakery and a Bila supermarket in walking directions.

Central location. The host was kind enough to check us in even if we arrived at 1 am. Great value for money, we got exactly what we payed for. Don’t expect 4 seasons or Ritz for this price, people should learn to calibrate their expectations.
