The room, though small, has basically got everything I’d need. Also the owner provided washing power, hairdryer, washing machine etc, which’s been pretty convenient and considerate. Also he helped me with bus card payment. I am very grateful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff were nice and friendly. Many facilities such as kitchen, fridge and washing machine. Clean washroom with hot water available. Towel is also provided. Location is not too bad, there is a bus station nearby. From airport, you need to take airport bus and then another bus/taxi. The bus station has buses to bring u to most tourist attractions. There is a supermarket few mins away. * WhatsApp the owner/staff before arriving for easy check in process.

Really cozy, clean place with quite good location (10min by foot near Abu Dhabi mall; 30min by bus to Corniche). It felt like home here. They brought hairdryer and freezer right after my asking. And let me to check in before scheduled time (I booked it and 30 min later I moved in). There are always soap and toilet paper in bathrooms. Everyday cleaning also. My room was with balcony and that's a dope. If there would be a stove on a kitchen so there would a be chance to cook properly this place would be totally exceptional

Our host Suhail was Amazing, friendly and very helpfull , very kind to let us use the kitchen and helped us find an ATM ,Also we arrived late and he made it very easy for us to do the check in I would really recomend to stay here if you come a few days to abu Dhabi , its not really in the city centre but we had the opportunity to check out a different area
