I loved the place, the rooms were spacious, contemporary, clean with a great view. Wendy was very helpful throughout the booking process and helped us make dinner reservations for Christmas night @ Knysna Water Front. The breakfast spread was great. It is a very cozy, well maintained property with great views and excellent service.

Thoroughly impressed by the hospitality and charm of this wonderful guest house and its hosts, Diane and Rob. ROOM • The room was incredibly spacious (huge bathroom) and so tastefully decorated with a delightful color scheme, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Attention to detail second to none - loved the small library. • Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and all the amenities were readily available. • Enjoyed spending time on the balcony, watching the birds and taking in the sunset. LOCATION • Situated in Leisure Isle, the location was idyllic and perfect for a peaceful getaway. • The area is rich in enthralling history, adding a layer of intrigue to our stay. Advise a Featherbed Nature Reserve tour to learn more about the area and to savour stunning views. • Felt safe and secure throughout visit at all hours, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy time there. HOSTS You really would be hard pressed to find more affable and easy-going hosts. They went above and beyond in ensuring that you were comfy, relaxed and had all info you needed to have an incredible stay. Unparalleled customer service is definitely front and center of their agenda. • Diane and Rob were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrived. • Diane is a fantastic communicator, always on hand, providing reassurance and great recommendations with all the accurate links, no doubt (restaurants etc.) before, during, and after trip. Thank you for checking in and following up after we left! • Rob was most generous with his time and also offered invaluable advice on places to visit, enhancing our overall experience. Enjoyed your recommendation of the Old Nick Village. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend One on Bollard to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in a marvellous guest house in Knysna area.

    We stayed over for the Knysna half marathon and we were so pleased with everything at Pearl View Guest House. Marycke and Conni are great hosts and the chef prepares delicious breakfasts and dinners - we didn't even leave the guesthouse to go and eat in town. Sundowners on the stoep with the sun setting over the lagoon is a must. We will definitely visit again.
