The exceptional kindness and friendliness of all people working there. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the owners were really helpful with information about Hanoi, travel, etc. The space is artistic, beautiful, and good fun. A lot of love has been put into creating the space. It is a nice distance from the noise of Hanoi, with walking tracks up to the local summit nearby. The accommodation is on the banks of a lovely lake, with sit on top kayaks available, amazing meals. Beautiful space, highly recommended.

The hosts are very friendly and kind. Helped us a few times when our scooter got broken, when we needed to buy helmets online, helped us to make calls and message in Vietnamese. Gave some good advices on where to go for a walk and where to eat. Done laundry for free for us. Shared some food and real Vietnamese coffee. The room is very clean, big bed, I really liked a warm blanket (it was a bit cold at the time stayed here). Beautiful fish and cat there. Thanks for everything :)

I had a nice stay at the property. The whole place was clean, cosy and nicely decorated. All the appliences worked well. There was a stable Wi-Fi connection. I enjoyed the room with a street view. The room was of a decent size. The high ceilings in the property added to the feeling of comfort. It was handy to be able to use the washing machine on the top floor. The hostess was nice and friendly. The area was peaceful and the lake was in a walking distance.
