Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bed was so comfortable, hard to leave it in the mornings! Room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. We had room service twice and the food was really yummy and came very quickly, they have a great menu. We used their taxi service both to and from Da Nang which was reasonably priced and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. Really nice modern homestay we liked it so much we have booked another week. We like the high pressure shower roomy bathroom comfortable bed and the quiet yet central location and we would definitely stay again. The host family are very nice.

This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!

Vincent, his family and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at any time. The rooms are spatious, well kept and clean, good wifi. Rooms offer privacy, either with a small terrace, or balcony. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Vincent's House for a couple of days. The hotel is well located in Hoi An, placed in a small quiet side street, away from larger traffic. We felt safe and comforted all the time. Reception is 24/7, there is always someone to help you. They have a nice pool to cool yourself in between. It feels like a lovely 'home' stay during a trip through Vietnam. We will definitely come back!

I liked this place so much that I extended my stay while I was there. It is surrounded by a local neighbourhood and a kindergarten which can be a bit noisy at times but didn’t bother me personally. The owner Hien is extremely friendly, and always happy to help with anything. The room wasn’t cleaned every day, but they took care of it when I asked. The location is perfect - far enough from the bustling Old Town, but everything is within easy walking distance.
