Very conviniently located a few minutes from Jamaica station. Easy to get from and to the airport. Instructions about the self check-in process were very clear. I appreciated extra tips on how to get taxis and transportation in general. The place is very cozy, clean and modern. I like they had coffee machine and snacks in the room.

Victor is a great host. The place is clean and comfortable. Good location in Queens. The shared spaces were sufficient for everyone, bathroom and kitchen were always available. In fact, I hardly ever saw anyone. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The room was as advertised, with thoughtful add ins like some snacks, extra towels and linen in the room. The self check in was very convenient and simple to follow. There is a refrigerator with milk, juice and water. The shared kitchen has utensils, cutlery and a microwave. There is also a shared dining and living area. The wifi is complimentary and the speed is good. Property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy accessibility to the bus routes.

My host was very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I had requested a quiet room and she made sure I got a quiet room with blackout curtains, The room was very well supplied with all kinds of food items and drinks including alcohol. There was a microwave and kettle in the room also. There were extra blankets in the room and plenty of shampoos and other toiletries available in the bathroom to use. All day every day I was greeted by soothing low level, non-invasive music playing throughout the floor when I arrived back. It was very welcoming. The host also showed me a pantry just off the corridor which had even more food/drinks/snacks and I was told to help myself if I needed to during my stay. On my last day, there was a little parting gift hanging on the outside of my door. It was a lovely surprise! The train to Manhatten and JFK was only a short stroll away and even arriving back after midnight I felt totally safe in the neighbourhood. There is also a taxi service at the end of the block and they were very reasonably priced compared to Yellow Cabs and they were very accomodating. Everyone at the train station was most helpful and spent time ensuring that I got to where I wanted to go.

Wonderful place to stay, the house was clean and tidy, the amenities were excellent. It was easy to get to the house by bus or subway and the check in was quite simple. I'd definitely stay here again, had a wonderful time in NY and this place certainly helped that.
