The family at the tea farm were so friendly and welcoming, and we had the best food here in our whole trip to Taiwan. It is only 15 minutes drive from the forest railway and there were lots of hiking trails nearby. The room was basic but fine, with a large shared lounge area. we were there when the weather was cold and there was a heater we could use.

Great hostel in the town of Meishan. We stayed here to hike nearby so it was perfect for catching the bus to and from the hike. Hostel is clean and comfortable, nice quiet stay. The owners 2 little boys gave us the full welcome and showed us around which was very cute.

Hosts are incredible, best people you can imagine, very helpful a nice to communicate to. I was even able to take a shower after a short hike on my day of departure after the checkout time , which was really a nice gesture. Would recommend the stay to anyone.

    We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Tourism Home Stay. There are road signs to the property on the last couple metres of road leading up to the property. Good breakfast provided. Bring your own car and food for all other meals, good kitchen and appliances available for cooking your own food. Fridge available in the room to store personal food. Able to communicate with the host using Google translate.
