The house was slightly away from the main tourist street, which we really liked! The environment was very silent and locals live around. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Good hotel. Nice environment, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff who is there is friendly and helpful. I love the environment. It is walking distance to train station and 3 stops to shi fen. Next to the hotel is the Ping Xi old street with some food within reach in the day.

Staff were super friendly. We arrived at the train station thinking that we could walk to the hotel but it was raining quite heavily and we had to call the hotel for pick up. The reception immediately sent a vehicle to pick us up (with clear instructions on where to wait). The uncle who drove us also sent and picked us to and fro the waterfall. When we were about to be late for our breakfast, the staff assured us that there would still be food for us. The resort was quiet and had some interesting installations and photo spots. Our stay had a sky lantern included, which we could take our time to write our wishes in the evening when we return in the evening and fly it in the night, instead of doing it at the railway track with everyone else. Big thanks to the great service!

I had a wonderful night's sleep here! The host was very friendly and the breakfast that was provided was very filling and tasty! The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller and could also be good for a couple.

Comfortable, modern and clean. It was a great stay. Highly recommended especially if you intend to explore the Jiufen area and more. Having a dehumidifier in the room was a really nice touch!

EVERYTHING!!! The host is very generous and the services is above the par! We were hungry that night and asked her is there any vegetarian food delivery that time but unfortunately no restaurants offered the services on that time. Concerned, she offered us to toast the bread and personally sent the bread to our room. When we want to pay, she said the bread was on the house. Despite of language barrier, she tried her very best to communicate with us and without fail and delivered the service excellently

I was only staying for one night as part of my study abroad trip. When checking in, the owner asked if I needed her to drive me up to Jiufen when I said I was going to visit that afternoon/evening. I already had transportation arranged with some classmates, but it was so kind of her to ask. 🧡 The room was very clean and very comfortable too! The hotel was a cute B&B and only a five minute walk from the train station. Great location!
