We had a wonderful experience staying at this authentic property in Nizwa. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and just a short three-minute walk from the Fort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Great location, next door to the fort and only 3 minutes walk to the market/souq. Quite new, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. There are a few parking spots, but roads are very narrow, so maybe consider parking at the big parking area at the souq.

Best location in nizwa, in a small side street, 3 min walk to the amazing souk. Ali Jebel is the nicest host and he tried to fulfill me every wish and we had nice talks on the terrace. Shokran! I'll come back for sure to explore the amazing surroundings ...y
