Room was nice, has everything you need. Location very good, in the historical heart of Nizwa. Just near to Nizwa souq. Host and reception super helpful, smiling and greeting. We loved everything about our stay, from Adnan's heartfelt welcome, the obvious care and love for details in every corner of the hotel, the story of the house, to the breakfast on the terrace. Just amazing. We strongly recommend this place and would love to come back if we have the chance.

Great location, next door to the fort and only 3 minutes walk to the market/souq. Quite new, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. There are a few parking spots, but roads are very narrow, so maybe consider parking at the big parking area at the souq.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and I really enjoyed having access to the swimming pool. It was also very convenient to be able to park my car safely on the property. The staff were friendly and always willing to help
