We had a wonderful stay at Seladah Homestay. The property consists of two combined houses, making it quite spacious with a total of eight rooms (two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs). It features an RFID door lock system and an automatic gate with a remote, so there’s no need to use a traditional key. We arrived late at night, but self-check-in was convenient, allowing us to settle in without waiting for the owner. The homestay also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, estimated at around 500 Mbps. Since all guests live under the same roof, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your housemates. Our rooms, located upstairs, were designed for two people and came with private bathrooms, which was very convenient. The living room has TVs available for use, and a washing machine is beneath the staircase. The parking area accommodates about three cars inside the compound and two additional cars outside. The owner was also very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a great experience! I will definitely return for my next stay. :)

I stayed here for over 2 months and cannot express enough how perfect my stay has been. Zak thinks of everything before you even realise you need it yourself. Little things like making sure the light is turned on in the hall for when you arrive home or wake up early, or a roti on the table for you at breakfast. This place really felt like home. The host, Zak, is excellent. Very friendly, helpful, with a great heart. He provided me with all the information about where to go, what to do, and he also offered some tours in beautiful places like the Bengo Dam and the caves. The location is good, very close to the waterfront, which can be reached on foot and then by jetty (only 1 RM! Last ride: 6 pm - afterwards you either take a grab or walk about 30 min until the Darul Hana bridge). It's very safe and the people are incredibly friendly. I was stopped on the street by little children who greeted me and asked for my name! The rooms are comfortable, and the cats are lovely!
