The warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and locals on the island of Mahibadhoo. It's a guest house on a local island, so it's not a luxury 5* resort. But you get the local vibes and for the price, it's 200% worth it. The location of the hotel, on the beach, is like nowhere else. There are plenty of exotic fish right in front of the hotel. You will have the calm and serenity that you will not find on any other island. Mahibadhoo is the perfect base to stay in the Maldives, so you can also visit the islands around, such as Dhigurah or Omadhoo. The diving experience was a major highlight for me. The instructor is very experienced and professional.

Everything was amazing! I traveled with my 1.5 years old boy alone. The arrival was easy and I didn't have to wait much at airport. The check-in was simple and fast, with welcomed drink. The guesthouse is really clean, brand new, and feel like home. The bikini beach, rays feeding point , and shark points were walking distance from guesthouse. There is food option in the guesthouse and also couple of restaurants very close to it. We did fishing and snorkeling tour with them , very reasonable price compared to rest of the world and being in Maldives. They even looked after my little boy in the boat when I was snorkeling. That was really nice. They were extremely supportive and hospital, most importantly I felt so safe there. It felt better than resorts definitely when many people are looking after you and make sure you enjoy your stay to the best. Thank you and looking forward to return!

We had the most wonderful stay at this family-owned hotel on Omadhoo! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind. They organised our transfer from the airport to the island, picked us up from the pier and also drove us to the pier at 6:30 in the morning. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the island, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Omadhoo. The hotel is right next to the pier where the locals feed the sharks and sting rays in the evening. The walk to the bikini beach is around 8 mins by foot. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious. If you're looking for an authentic local experience in a beautiful, quiet island setting, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for the hospitality!

I recently stayed at Hitha guesthouse in Maldives and it was a wonderful experience. The island is stunningly beautiful, with crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and a calm atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the opportunity to explore the oceanic wildlife and coral reefs surrounding the island. Snorkeling and diving were unforgettable experiences, and the abundance of colorful fish, turtles, and other marine creatures was truly breathtaking. The accommodations at Hitha guesthouse were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive staff. The food was also delicious, with fresh seafood and traditional Maldivian dishes that made for a memorable culinary experience. But perhaps the most romantic aspect of Hitha guesthouse was the stunning sunsets. The sky would light up with fiery oranges and pinks as the sun dipped below the horizon, creating a truly magical atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic evening stroll along the beach. Overall, I would highly recommend Hitha guesthouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway in the Maldives.
