Excellent location close to the island’s port, with well landscaped garden being the centrepiece of the hotel which also provides privacy as well as a sense of calm looking out the window. The rooms were well decorated and the outdoor shower feature was also remarkable. The restaurant at the hotel run by the two Sri Lankan chefs provided delicious food.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the international charger, which made it easy to charge my phone and devices. There is also a local shop nearby, and the beach is within a short walk. The manager also assisted with speed boat transfers and was happy to share his knowledge about the island, including the best spots for snorkeling.

Once you book the room, they can help you organize you the speedboat to the island. Once the speedboat arrives to the island, they are there to pick you up! Room includes free breakfast. There is the Maldivian and continental options, maldivian has shredded tuna-coconut, rotis, omelette, sausage, fruit, juice and water. The location is just by the ”main street” with some restaurants and shops. The location is nice and quiet. It’s about 10 minutes from the Bikini beach. The room was spacious, clean, the aircon worked great and we got water each day. The staff is super helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again!

This was already the second time that we stayed in the Tides Guesthouse and nothing has changed within a year (in a positiv way)! The staff is still very friendly and helpflul. The daily breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are cleaned every day and you get new towls whenever you need them. In addition, the staff organises whale shark, manta and other tours. Don't worry about the transfer to Dhigurah, the Tides Guesthouse also takes care of that! A special thank you goes to Hafeez (owner) and Lahiru (staff)! They are taking very good care of all guests and whenever you have a request, they handle it!

You want to pay for a clean comfortable shelter. You definitely get it here and more. Beautiful interior, comfort and clean style. Oh and the rooms are cleaned 2x a day :) What you dont pay for but still experience: This place has a heart. Wonderful hospitality and kindness combined with outstanding professionalism. Tholal is an amazing host. Nothing is too much to ask and there are lots of facilities and services available. The kitchen, laundry machine, and snorkeling gear were all free to use. We can also really recommend Dhangethi as a hoiday destination The locals are all very friendly and the island provides many activities. It is probably one of the best places to book diving and whale spotting trips from!

We had perfect stay for 9 nights here. Rooms are cozy with amazing terrace and stylish design. Bed is very comfortable. Guesthouse is just new, all furniture is fresh. Breakfasts are varied, filling and delicious. Location is good just 2-5min to souvenir shops and cafes. And we had sweetest staff and owner ever! Thank you for our stay! Highly recommend and 100% want to come back❤️
