We visited Horton Plains and were looking for a place that felt safe, peaceful, and like home — and Tea Sprig Villa Boralanda was the perfect find! This is one of the newest and safest villas in the area, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We stayed for 2 nights, and what made this place even more special is that we were their very first guests — what an honor! 🙏 The family running the villa is super friendly, warm, and caring. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. The clean fresh air, hot water, and beautiful surroundings made us feel like we were in heaven. It is an amazing location with stunning views- very peaceful and quiet, hidden off the main road. The host could not do enough and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. The host also helped us with transport for our onward travels.We were a family of 4 and stayed on the middle floor with a gorgeous terrace and views of Ella Rock. We cannot recommend this place enough and would have loved to stay longer.😀

The location was lovely, across from the waterfall, and close to the start of Ella Rock trail. If you want a little secluded cabin in the wilderness, this is the place. We had incredible breakfast every morning, and they were so helpful and provided transport to town whenever we wanted. The service was outstanding and always with a smile! Highly recommend this place.

Nice large room with a comfy bed, easy chairs, desk and great elevated views out over the hills. Access to a large covered balcony with a table for meals and a great spot for relaxing. Good breakfast and recommend other meals there too. Friendly and helpful host with good advice for your local travel and tours. 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Truly worth every penny, yes the walk to the property may not be as enjoyable to everyone if you are carrying a lot of luggage but don’t think twice if you can walk 100 to 150 mts. Absolutely loved the view and the cute old couple who are the host are very sweet
