We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay as our introduction in Sri Lanka. We struggled finding somewhere to stay and last minute Green Valley Home took us in. They have a beautiful, lush property with a natural scenery, peacocks, birds and many other wildlife around. There hospitality was beyond with breakfasts in the morning, coffee, juices and coconut roti, ensuring we are happy and comfortable. We were given amazing tours in the area including temples and the spice garden, and general tuktuk journeys when needed. We are so grateful to have began our stay here and would absolutely recommend to families, friends and couples.

An incredible experience and warm welcome at Turtle Beach Talpe. This beautiful family made us feel at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and top class. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Delani is the chef and her food is freshly home cooked as you order. Best Sri Lankan curry and egg hoppers, best food in Talpe. Setting is right on the beach with palm trees and the ocean at your feet. Chilled beers. We hired their scooters and they arranged transfers for us. We only stayed 3 days but felt like family when we left. Shashika made sure everthing was well maintained and lovely cool airconditioned rooms. Perfect location. Thank you we hope we can come back soon.

The place is quite nice, in nature, with no noise. The owner and the staff are really amazing. They took care of everything smoothly. They provided an awesome, sumptuous breakfast. It is a quiet, old residence, and the rooms are big and clean. Everything turned out amazing.

The room was vers big, the beds were really good too, and the both the breakfast and the service were excellent. I left my phone charger there and they told me and then when I went to pick it up the owner brought me in motorbike to the bus station, which was a big help because it was a hot day. The room was very clean and comfortable so we felt it like home from the first time. Hosts were very friendly and kind and they did their best for us, especially their daughter who speaks very good English and she helped us even with the informations we needed about our transportation. We have to mention also that they made for us a special breakfast from Sri Lanka that we wanted to try. We highly recommend this hotel for vacations!
