We had an amazing stay at Water Side. First of all the location is perfect for Adam’s Peak hike. The house itself is surrounded by beautiful nature. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They helped us with a transfer although we arrived late at the station and cooked dinner for us. We also took a small tour per their recommendation to waterfall and tea plantations and it was really nice, not so many people as in other locations and beautiful scenery.

This accommodation has a great location and is exceptionally clean. The owner was very helpful with arranging a tuk-tuk and booking train tickets, which made our travel experience smoother. I highly recommend having dinner here—the curry was some of the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka! The breakfast was also excellent, and they prepared a breakfast package for us when we left, making the train journey to Ella even better. I would recommend this place to anyone!

had an amazing 1 night stay at this hostel. very clean and provided a delicious breakfast free of charge after our hike. host was very friendly and helpful. he told us about another route on Adams peak where there were no other tourists, it was great as it was so busy. would recommend to anyone to stay here. 10/10

Perfect place. Clean, spacious room, with a magnificent view and the sound of water. The room had warm blankets and warm water. A very polite family owns this place. They fed me delicious food, suggested a route and offered trekking equipment. Definitely recommend
