A very nice, comfortable, clean place! You have everything you need, plus a fully equipped private kitchenette. It's located on a quiet small road so you don't hear any noise. The bed is massive and very comfortable. There is a TV with Netflix. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay close to Colombo. Great value for the price!

A true gem! This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The interior design is absolutely stunning. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, reflects a perfect balance between modern comfort and timeless local charm. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. It felt like staying with friends who truly care about your experience. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and the welcome was lovely. The room is exceptional, large and spotlessly clean, with bottled water and tea making facilities provided. It opens onto a pretty interior garden courtyard. The bathroom is totally unique with a designer shower made from natural stone. We were free to come and go as we pleased and we could not have asked for a better arrival in Colombo.

Good afternoon ! Stayed for 3 days! I met the woman very kindly, there is cleanliness and order everywhere in the house, I wanted to wash things in the washing machine myself, it didn't work))) the staff took all my dirty things and everything was washed and neatly folded, it surprised me a lot! Tea, coffee, etc., everything that is stated in the ad corresponds! Thanks to this house, I'll come again!

Breakfast was great and varied each day. Excellent traditional Sri Lankan home cooking with all the fresh spices. Mahinda and Hiranthi are great hosts very kind and caring eager to help. They provided me with invaluable help and guidance with my personal matters as well by using their contacts to solve my problems.
