Dhammika and his family were wonderful hosts. The room was lovely and spacious, clean, well lit and modern. The hot shower was amazing! Balcony views overlook rice fields with the sound of stream running and birds. Food was DELICIOUS - we especially loved the hoppers, mushroom curry, pumpkin curry and green/coconut salad - the best food we have had in Sri Lanka! We stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. Highly recommend :)

It was the best homestay in Sri Lanka! - Good location - very close to the railway station - Very clean - New, clean and comfortable bathroom - Kind owner - And the best thing - it has a kitchen so you can prepare breakfast and tea/ coffee. The hosts are super helpful and will work around your schedule to produce delicious food.This is a great place to be of you wish to walk to the top of Sri Pada /Adam's Peak, being less than km from the starting point, or even more important less than a km from the finish! Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served.So glad we were two night and we would have stayed more if we'd had more days of holidays.
