Akbar and his family are fantastic hosts Very warm and with a fantastic sense of hospitality.. Akbar can speak some French and Asel his wife excellent German & English I was their really first guest since they decided to promote their beautiful house on Booking.com. Their house is also brand new with modern and comfortable facilities. They are located in the small village of Alcha Kaiyndy, 4 km south of the city centre of At Bashy where they came to pick me up (or they can also arrange a taxi) The house and my bedroom were facing directly some beautiful snow caped mountains and there was a small common balcony where you can chill and relax I found At Bashy to be a much better base than Naryn to explore the region as it is closer to Tash Rabat, to Shar waterfall (2 places where Akbar arranged transportation for me and even accompany me himself on some fantastic Hikes) as well as to Kel Suu lake for those who applied for a permitt (they can assist) Excellent home made breakfast and dinner Thank you so much Aki & Asel for such a warm welcome and lovely stay
