The hosts were absolutely amazing and spent plenty of time accommodating us. They made sure we were comfortable, offered some lovely chats fluently in English. There are even some home comforts for the English out there. They also offered tons of advice on what to do in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with customisable set up using the futons.

This place was awesome! The traditional vibes of the hotel was truly beautiful and the host of Matsumoto Minpaku Hallelujah truly made the stay feel like home and super comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to visit Matsumoto since its super close to many attractions in Matsumoto and local spots. Thank you for the amazing time!

Very nice and helpful staff, little elements are available like earplugs, towels, umbrella, what was very helpful. You can even take a bicycle for free. Online check-in was very convenient. On my check-out day, I locked the backpack in a locker by the exit for some hours, which was also incredibly convenient and easy.

Lodge Atelier is conveniently located across the road from the Keith Haring Museum. Their rate is a great deal. We were especially impressed by the property's cleanliness and their kind and responsive staff. We enjoyed hanging out in the cozy lounge and selecting records from their impressive collection of jazz records. There are two private onsen bathing areas accessible to guests 5am to midnight. This place is a gem, a great place to relax and recharge.

I think it was the best balance between comfort location and price. My friends and I got a triple room and honestly it was perfect. It is 10 min walking from Matsumoto main street and train station. We also loved it a lot because during the week no one else was there so we had the whole place for ourselves! Would definitely recommend
