There's not enough words for me to describe the type of hospitality that Nas & Francis provide. They're so kind, and warm. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable/welcomed. On the night that I arrived, Nas kindly drove me to a local spot for me to get some food. When leaving, she also kindly offered me some Ackee & Salt Fish ( which tasted absolutely amazing btw!), and Francis dropped me to the Knutsford Express station. The location of this property is walking distance to most places, including Juici Patty, Emancipation Park, Flow, Fish Pot & more. You can also hail down local taxis or call an Uber, when necessary. The property is exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I struggled to leave it every morning. There was also a fridge & microwave in the room which came in very handy! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. I honestly cannot fault the property, or the hospitality of both Nas & Francis. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the amazing AC in the room! If you're ever in Kingston, I would highly recommend that you stay here! I know that I definitely would not hesitate to return. As a solo woman traveller, I felt so safe! Thank you both for having me! Blessings...

The location, staff and vibe of this location was INCREDIBLE. We loved loved loved Bobby and Ruth. They were so helpful from the moment we booked and throughout the stay. They set us up with the best driver, Desmond, who picked us up from the airport and was a super reliable and safe (local) driver up the mountain. They also set us up with a hike through the local area and to a waterfall the next morning with Velmore and George who were from the mountain town and showed us all about the local herbs, fruits and history. We had the best day! The food at the Guesthouse was incredible and included lots of veggie options too. The chef was the nicest guy! The vibe of the guesthouse was so chill and one with nature.

Excellent stay at Jay's Guest House in Blue Mountain. Pick up in Kingston and drop off in Bull Bay. The Hike to Blue Mountain Peak was quite tuff but the goal was 100 % worth it. Jay's family and the staff including the guide and driver to the peak did excellent jobs to make our 2 nights stay at Jay's to a nonforgettable memory to put in our travel experience.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping malls, stores, and excellent restaurants. Everything is easily accessible, and even getting to the mountains is quicker compared to other parts of the city. If you’re interested in Dancehall and street dancing on Monday nights, this location is also convenient for traveling to and from the events with Uber. Various public transport options are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The accommodation is set in a beautiful mansion surrounded by a stunning orchid garden, a swimming pool, and fruit trees—an oasis in the heart of Kingston. The rooms are spacious and bright, with mosquito nets on all windows, air conditioning, cooking facilities, a comfortable bathroom with good water pressure, and a cozy bed. The rooms are exceptionally clean, rivaling or even exceeding the standards of four- and five-star hotels. Most importantly, the hostess, Betty, is an absolutely wonderful person. She will guide you to exciting events in Kingston, recommend the best places to eat and shop, and prepare delicious Jamaican meals.
