the hotel is located in front of como lake with fantastic view in the morning. We had room with balcony so we had breakfast with lakeview. Staff was very frendly and even served us dinner as we arrived very late when they was closing.

Perfect location, just in the very centre. Parking is available for additional charge nearby. Ferries are 10 min from the hotel. Breakfast is served a la carte for additional price in the cafe. We rented a double bedroom with shared space of the rest of the apartment. It was off season, so we had the entire place to ourselves - kitchen, bathroom, living room and a balony with lake Como view. Everything was immaculately clean! The kitchen had everything we needed for cocking and prepping for hiking the local mountains. If you arrive by car, be mindful that the parking is free, but around 400 metres up the street. Definitely will come back here!
