This is a great place to stay if you are walking the Via Francigena del Sud. The bedroom was large, with a great bathroom attached. Do not be put off by the shared kitchen and lounge! The kitchen is big, well-equipped, with a huge stove top. The lounge is spacious with a large TV, but the rooms are very private and quiet. We had a good night's sleep.

For start , a beautiful green garden with lemon trees , view also was wonderful from the toon ok top (mountains , sea and sunrise in the morning ). As a present owner leaves free Kimbo coffee , nice sweets (unfortunately I don't eat sugar ) and crackers :-) Thank You for this bonus . Place is clean , towels bedsheets everything. Service was excellent and friendly !

The accommodation is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the centre of Fondi. The host was welcoming and we had good communication in the lead up to our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and good value for money. Breakfast in the local bar was great too.
