The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Absolutely great location - in the very centre, but quiet for a good night sleep. Rooms very well equipped, bathroom with a large shower. In the room an amazing bathtub. I really appreciated the kettle to make tea. The boys at the reception were always helpful, giving tips for restaurants and answering all sort of questions.

Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d’Epoca is located in nice area in the centre of Florence. It is very clean and comfortable place to stay in. The host Samuela is very polite and helpful. It is definitely the place you want to return to.

They had the best shower in Europe! After travelling around Europe for a month we have had low pressure showers where the hot water doesn’t last, but at I Parigi they have lovely showers. Their beds are great too, soft and comfortable! They make the most delicious breakfast intolerable and it’s obvious it’s made with lots of thought and love! We enjoyed it so much! There is a bus at the end of the street that takes you straight into Florence city and it couldn’t be easier!
