Lovely! Host is very nice and helpful and have given us good advises. Verica and her husband are proud of their rooms and so it should be. The room was great and very very clean. We slept well and the bathroom is comfortable en good looking. The hotel is in the centre of Assisi. We would recommend this hotel for sure!

The property is a well-kept medieval building in the heart of the town, right across from the San Rufino Cathedral, and from there you can walk to all major sites and monuments without trouble, the main square, bus stops that take you to the train station (5 minute wolk, which is extremely convenient), all restaurants, museums, ancient churches, the temple of Minerva, rocca maggiore (you can walk there without any trouble in 10 minutes from the property), everywhere literally. The location is excellent. Christiana and Carolina are two wonderful women with great positive energy that have created an amazing space for guests, very clean and comfortable, and are always very helpful and considerate, ready to help you with anything you might need. If there is a problem, they immediately take care of it without any inconvenience for the guest. I had an amazing stay and I would book again. There is no breakfast (since booking.com asked me to rate the breakfast) but an espresso machine and coffee are available in the hallway. There is a little fridge in each room with free water bottles.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
